Almost every business has support personnel who measure quality in the degree that a product is reliable, maintainable, or sustainable. At CIS Group, Sharonda Washington helps oversee our Quality Department—making processes and outcomes better every day.

Sharonda was born in Chicago, Illinois, and spent her first 15 years in Olympia, Washington before moving to Texas. After graduating High School, she attended Tarrant Community College for two years, and then completed her Bachelors of Arts in Communications Studies at Prairie View A&M University.

Being eager to continue her education, Sharonda went on to study Public and Corporate Communications at the University of South Alabama, and in 2010 she completed her Master’s Degree and moved back to Texas to begin her career.

In October of 2011, Sharonda joined CIS Group as a Project Administrator for our southeast region, and now, as Quality Control Supervisor, she provides account status; operational reports; calibrating, developing, and improving the audit and review processes and resources.

Living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with her husband and two dogs, Sharonda enjoys spending her free time reading, exercising, and traveling.
