Our Director of Customer Service, Karen Kimi, has over 20 years of managerial experience with several large organizations, including: Sprint, Neiman Marcus, and The Home Depot.

Karen joined CIS Group six years ago as our Customer Service and Call Center Manager. Karen is successful in building trust and strong, long term relationships with our Customers, and she and her team are committed to providing exemplary customer service each and every day to our Customers/Clients—and, especially, our Client’s Customers.
