We are pleased to recognize Jason Heimer as the 2nd Quarter 2016 Perfect Customer Experience recipient. Jason was nominated for two great efforts on behalf of one of our customers. First, for his initiative in handling an agent’s concern. Jason took the time to thoroughly research the situation addressing all questions and concerns. He also received nominations for his assistance with a customer on specific types of surveys. With Jason’s experience, he provided advice and went above and beyond to “take it to the field” and continue to research and provide feedback.
